Skaiwater teams up with Lil Nas X to debut the rapper with their new single “Light!” On the track, the two rapped about their exes and high school. 9lives produced the song. Skaiwater previously collaborated with Lil Nas X on the 2018 song “No Love.”
Nas sings in his verse: “Tricked my ass with cornballs / Now I finally do the stunt on you both,” before repeating: “Fuck my ex.” On the chorus, Skywater sings The story of a high school dropout. See the music video for the song below.

Nas took to Twitter after the song’s release to discuss the song’s creation, marking the first time he’s featured on another artist’s work.
