Singer Dawn Richard has reportedly accused Diddy of sexual abuse and claimed she saw him beating Cassie in a new lawsuit filed against Diddy.
Dawn Richard sues Diddy for abuse
On Wednesday (September 11), TMZ reported that Enrich had filed a lawsuit against Diddy, claiming she suffered relentless violence and abuse while signed to Bad Boy Records from 2004 to 2011. Richard first met Puff in 2004 when she was a contestant on his MTV reality show Making The Band, and he even claimed during the audition that Puff was mean to female contestants.
The singer said Puff often called her contestants “fat,” “ugly,” “bi**hes” and “h*es,” and that he particularly disliked Richard because of her desire to start with Bad Boy People cooperate.
The singer claimed she endured brutal 48-hour rehearsals without sleep, which caused her to lose a lot of weight and suffer from dehydration. She also claimed that Pav once walked into her dressing room while she was naked and touched her breasts and buttocks. Additionally, Richard said she once visited Puff’s Miami mansion and he greeted her at the door wearing only his underwear. When she asked him to put some clothes on, he allegedly replied: “This is my house!”
In addition to her own alleged abuse, Richard claimed she witnessed Diddy assault Cassie and his late girlfriend Kim Porter. The singer said that in 2005, she witnessed Porter crying as he left a music studio with a bruised and beaten face. In 2009, Richard met Cassie and claimed she saw Diddy taking drugs and he threw her against a wall, choked her and dragged her up a flight of stairs at his Los Angeles home. Diddy also reportedly threw a plate of eggs at Cassie before scolding her.
“I’ve been asking you about me,” he allegedly yelled at her. “I can’t stand you anymore, asshole. You never get it right!”
Richard claimed that she and her Big Money bandmate Karina Harper met Cassie and told her to leave Puff. The tycoon found out about the affair and questioned the two women’s involvement in his relationship.
He allegedly said, “You assholes stay out of my relationship, don’t tell my asshole what she needs to do…just make money and shut up.” Get up…I’m done with being an artist…I’m putting my career on hold Career…you might go missing…do you bastards want to die today?

Diddy’s legal woes continue
Dawn Richard’s accusations come as Diddy’s legal woes continue to worsen. The mogul recently filed to dismiss a lawsuit from Rodney Jones, who also accuses Pugh of assault and abuse. Poff’s attorneys claimed Jones was trying to pressure their client into reaching a large settlement. Jones told Rolling Stone in an interview in August that he felt he was being “punished” for “standing up for justice.”
Additionally, Diddy has lost a number of legal battles. On Tuesday (September 10), local news outlet Detroit Metro Times reported that Diddy was ordered to pay $100 million to a Michigan inmate named Derek Lee Cardero-Smith. The man accused Paff of drugging and raping him at a party in Detroit in 1997. Pugh never showed up for the hearing and was therefore sentenced in default. Diddy’s team denies Cardro-Smith’s claims and will appeal the ruling.
