The internet has been buzzing about how twisted it would be if D4VD did indeed murder Celeste Rivas, especially considering one of his hit songs is titled “Romantic Killing.” Now, it turns out the case may be coming to an end as authorities narrow the scope of public suspicion.
According to recent news reports from TMZ, D4VD is likely to be indicted in the Celeste Rivas murder trial and could face murder charges as early as February (when the jury is likely to hear witness testimony).
While previously the grand jury seemed to be an investigative jury – unable to issue indictments and only help gather evidence, it now appears that the jury will actually vote on indictments.
According to TMZ, some authorities are believed to believe D4VD was indeed responsible for the murder, “including prosecutor Beth Silverman.” In the same article, it was also claimed that “Robert Morgenroth, D4vd’s day-to-day manager, testified for several days after being pressed by Silverman on why he didn’t call the police.”
Apparently, Morgan Gross claimed that this was not his responsibility and that his responsibility was mainly to keep D4VD’s tour going. The story is still developing – stay tuned for more!
