Jamal “Shyne” Burrow is sharing more details about his relationship with Sean “Deedee” Combs.
In a series of interviews to promote his new documentary “The Honorable Shyne,” the former rapper and now Belizean politician explained why he never named the embattled tycoon as a trigger in the 1999 nightclub shooting. He also shared his reaction to Diddy bragging about holding him accountable.

“I didn’t see him shoot, I’m not going to lie,” he said in an interview with Tamron Hall. “I don’t think it’s going to cause trouble for my friend, but at this point, I’m not going to make anything up to sensationalize my narrative because I don’t feel like I need to.”
Sheen continued: “The power of Diddy the Entertainer, the man who dominated pop culture for so long, was so great that no one heard me when we cried that our lives were destroyed and destroyed by Diddy. The voices of myself, my mom, and my supporters.
He also claimed that Diddy’s team called him after the harrowing footage of the bad boy boss beating up Cassie Ventura was revealed.
“They were trying to make it look like he and I had this fairytale bromance and he was right there with me,” he said.
Sheehan maintains that he did not witness any of the disturbing incidents described in the recent lawsuit.
“I was imprisoned for 10 years and then deported for 13 years,” Shyne added. “So I have nothing to do with Sean Combs’ life, other than what he did to me, and that’s what I’m saying; he ruined my life.
Sheen claims Diddy is a ‘PR guru’
Still, Sheehan expressed his opinion on whether the accusations were credible.
“I know what he did to my family,” he said. “So the potential is there. Like I said, he’s a PR master and he’s so loud that people don’t hear the victims.
In an interview with Stephen A. Smith, Sheehan discussed the 1999 shooting. He insists there was no “quid pro quo” and that Diddy never paid him the rumored $10 million after his release from prison.
“People say Diddy gave me millions of dollars to put me in jail,” Shane said before revealing that Diddy “gave him nothing.” Over the past 20-plus years, he has probably made two contributions that I considered offensive that led to the breakdown of the relationship.
He added: “For years I have been saying what a disgusting person he is and how he has ruined my life. At one point I thought he was the devil. But because Diddy is so powerful , as a pop culture icon, no one listened, so I moved on.
“Your Majesty Shyne” will be released on Hulu on November 18th.
