Sexy Red isn’t slowing down. Over the past few years, she has become one of the hottest stars in hip-hop. Part of that is due to her chemistry with big-name stars like Drake and Nicki Minaj. That being said, Red seems to be the most similar to Chief Keef. The two rappers collaborated on the 2023 hit “Ghetto Princess” and have been getting along ever since. Now, it looks like Red and Keef are tapping into their chemistry to record a full-length joint album.
Sexy Red recently dropped a bombshell during an interview at the Wireless Music Festival. “That’s my boo,” she said when asked about Chief Keef. “We’re going to put out an album soon. Yeah, of course. We’re working on it.” Reed assured fans that she’s already working with Keefe has several records together. When asked what he thought of the joint album, Red broke down the overall vibe. “We just had some money, some cars, fucked these women, bought some clothes, fixed our hair,” she asserted.
Sexyy Red has collaborated with Chief Keef many times
Sexy Red and Chief Keef’s long awaited joint album. The two have been in each other’s orbit for years, even sparking dating rumors back in June. Kayla B, sister of the late King Von, posted a photo of herself kissing Keef. Sexy Red responded, posting a photo of herself wearing the Chicago rapper’s jewelry in bed. Despite the rumors, Red insists she and Keef have more of a brother-sister relationship. “This is just my favorite Bruda,” she wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of her and Keef.
That being said, Sexyy Red has fans questioning whether there’s something more serious going on between her and Chief Keef. Lord Jamal recently lost his temper with Reed in an interview, claiming she looked “disgusting and sexy.” The St. Louis rapper wrote “Ask @chieffkeeffsossa if I stink” in response to Jamal. Regardless of the situation between the two rappers, their ability to write catchy songs is undeniable. They’ve already collaborated four times, and it sounds like they’ll have more to come soon.
