Serena Williams denies denying Drake along with her cameo in Kendrick Lamar’s 2025 Super Bowl halftime show.
Serena Williams confirms she is not disbanding Drake
On Wednesday (April 16), Time magazine released 100, a question about the world’s most influential people’s release in 2025. Tennis stars are one of the celebrities in The Journal Cover. In the interview, Serena talked about her cameo torture of walking in a big K-Dot game, and the game reportedly filed at least one complaint to the FCC.
“I don’t know if I regret it,” Serena told Time. “I don’t know the answer.”
While being consistent with Kendrick Lamar is a slight Drake’s, Serena has been dating before, but that’s not the case.
“Absolutely not.” “I will never be that way.”

Serena Williams cut the carpet during Kendrick’s Super Bowl show, and some fans think it’s a straight drizzle due to Drake and Serena’s past relationship. Rumors about Six God and Serena dating began in 2011 when he started playing in her tennis. The following year, Drake and Common got caught up in widespread beef, a rapper’s love for tennis stars. In 2015, Drake and Serena were captured by cameras. However, by 2017, their flight seemed to be over.
In 2022, Drake named Serena on her loss track “Middle” and quoted husband Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian.
“I swear you’re not even like you guys say, like all of you Doberman’ movies/sidebar, Serena, your husband is a group,” Drake said. “He claimed we had no problem, but/no, shhh, like you’re going to be on sushi/we might pop up like Suzuki’em.”
Ohanian responded to the mention on social media. “The reason I continue to win is because everything I do is absolutely the best for myself – including being the best group for my wife and daughter,” Ohanian wrote on X.
Last August, Drake admitted in his online “Return Video” that he shared online that his 2016 song “Too Good” was related to Serena.
