Rick Ross has put his luxurious South Florida mansion on the market for $6.5 million.
Earlier this month, Rozer listed his Southwest Florida mansion for sale with Sotheby’s International Realty. The 14,000-square-foot, six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom home sits on 2.3 acres in the luxury community of Landmark Ranch Estates.
The estate also features high ceilings, marble floors, a long private driveway, a resort-style pool, a soundproof theater, a custom bar, a sound system, two offices, a detached two-bedroom guest house and a nine-car garage. The master bedroom is suitable for a boss. According to the listing, “The luxurious master suite boasts a custom one-of-a-kind closet, sitting area, bonus room, and spa-inspired bathroom.”
Rozay purchased the home, which was reportedly once owned by NBA All-Star Amar’e Stoudemire, in 2021 and paid $3.5 million in cash. The rapper reportedly made a few additions, including placing a giant double R sign in his driveway. Ross also had the roof replaced in 2023. Now, he hopes to sell the exclusive property for a huge profit.
The Miami rapper still owns a sprawling 322-acre estate in Georgia known as “The Promised Land.” The 109-room residence is one of the largest single-family homes in the state and has the largest residential swimming pool in the United States. Rose purchased the home from former boxer Evander Holyfield in 2014 for $5.8 million.
