Rick Ross may be celebrating the success of his third annual car show, but many disgruntled attendees are demanding refunds.
The event on Saturday (June 1) reportedly attracted more than 12,000 people to his sprawling estate in Georgia, known as the “Promised Land.” However, despite its size, fans complained of queuing for hours, with some saying they couldn’t get in at all.
Nonetheless, Rose laughed off the criticism via Instagram on Sunday (June 2), posting TMZ’s report on the complaint. The MMG boss said the event was historic and he looks forward to repeating the feat in 2025.
“We made history!! 300 acres that are inaccessible to everyone,” he wrote alongside the report. “See you all next year.”
Meanwhile, disgruntled car show ticket holders took to Rick Ross’ comments section to complain.
One user accused Ross of doing “terrible business” and said they would “never support this again” after traveling for seven hours only to be turned away at the entrance.
“This whole thing is like a zoo,” said another person who refused to return. The user claimed they waited “five hours to get on the bus,” but were unable to because organizers ran out of wristbands.
A third person said, “I fell in love with this show as soon as I entered.” However, even if they skipped the line, they still spent three hours waiting for the shuttle bus and another hour before leaving. “There was no crowd control at all and not enough toilets,” they added. “There was no organization, barely any medical support, no water… the list goes on. It could have been done better.
