Ray J took p### CEO Steve Hirsch to court to prove that Kim and Kris orchestrated the entire 2007 tape incident.
Ray J is done. The singer and producer plans to take p### CEO Steve Hirsch to court to testify about what really happened in the 2007 sex tape, TMZ reports.
Hirsch ran Vivid Entertainment, which released the tape at the time. Ray J said he had the receipts and was going to use them.
The tape was pulled from stores in 2007, when Kim Kardashian was still a relative unknown. Vivid Entertainment bought the rights and made a lot of money from it.
Hirsch is the company’s boss. Fast forward nearly two decades, and King has been saying under oath that she did not want the tape to be released.
Kris Jenner said something similar in court. Ray J said they were lying and he had proof.
This is what makes Ray J angry.
Both Kim and Chris testified that they did not authorize the release. Ray J’s legal team believes their involvement was disingenuous.
He wants Hirsch to appear in court to clarify the record and show who was the actual signatory on everything at the time. The entire legal battle has been going on for years.
Ray J’s mother, Sonya Norwood, came to her son’s defense.
She said Ray J has been honest about what happened and that the Kardashians are trying to rewrite history.
Norwood said her son has been painted as the villain in the story for years and is now simply trying to clear his name.
Ray believes Hirsch’s testimony will ultimately prove what really happened in 2007.
