Rakim brought to Instagram in a letter to his audience, expressing his motivation behind the founding notes – a system powered by AI and cryptocurrency-dependent that is said to allow artists to stay independent and make money. As he said, “It is a kind of building that returns money, knowledge and power to the hands of those who make culture.”
From raising funds through lenders and creditors to understanding the resources of the music business ecosystem, claims to provide urban artists with resources that were otherwise inaccessible. “We do this for culture and culture, so the next generation doesn’t have to sacrifice ownership to survive.” For some reason, the post seems to have been removed from the IG, but below is a screenshot of the letter.
