Raekwon and Havoc announce that they will tour together to celebrate their 30th anniversary Only 4 Cuban Reinkes were built and Notorious.
New York legends will trek through North America in November and December this year to mark these two groundbreaking hip-hop classics.
The tour will begin in Oregon on November 13 and will be until December 15, with the last date in Miami Beach.
Two hip-hop legends will play for a total of 19 dates.
“Mobb’s Me and the Destruction will be the best hip-hop music. This will take the rap performance to the next level – guaranteed,” Raekwon said in a statement.
Havoc added: “Fans can only expect pure, raw, unfiltered energy on stage. I’m so happy to celebrate these two legendary albums – I wouldn’t have existed without that purple tape.
Tickets for this trip will be sold today (August 13).
Earlier this year, the alchemist confirmed that he was working on a new Mobb Deep album with Havoc.
Speech Breakfast Clubhe said: “They did a lot of work and it was crazy.
He added: “Their records are unparalleled. P’s legendary life. He did more here than the average person did and even left a lot of things behind, so we were lucky enough to work on a new MobB Deep project.”
The alchemist continued, “It was me and Hav’s rhythm. NAS was involved. Hearing his voice again, we missed it. It was a blank. He didn’t hear his voice anymore.”
Although longtime Mobb Deep collaborators have not revealed more, Daboc has previously ridiculed a new project despite Prodigy’s death in 2017.
“I’m at ALC Studios. The new Mobb Deep is coming soon,” he said in a video shared online last summer. “Rip prodigy. You see Al in the background. You already know what it is. The mob is coming soon, baby. Unlimited!”
Alchemists later inspired people to excitement by sharing fragments of new materials they were working on.
