Ray J’s ex-partner Princess Love has spoken out after the rapper shared a disturbing video of him talking to his two children after an apparent argument with their mother.
The Tronix founder raised concerns over a disturbing video posted late Thursday night (September 12), with viewers accusing him of mentoring children through it.
Princess Love addressed Ray J’s concerning behavior in an Instagram statement on Friday morning (September 13). She accused him of traumatizing and gaslighting their two children, Melody, 6, and Epik, 4.
“This is the only time I’ll ever address this issue,” she wrote. “I’m always trying to be a bigger person and walk away peacefully. But when you can no longer do this to me, you will stop hurting, manipulating and inciting my children.
Princess Love later threatened legal action and revealed she still had footage from the film. “I will save my video for the judge,” she added.
In the video, Ray J can be heard talking to his children after an apparent altercation with Princess Love.
“I just want to make sure. Are you okay?” Ray J seemed to tell son Epik. “Dada has never done anything to anyone. Mom has never done anything to me, dad has never done anything to mom. , right?
He then said, “No reason to call the police, right? We’re just filming a movie. We’re just having fun. Okay?” In subsequent footage, his daughter Melody appears distraught about the tension at home.
The video ends with Ray J urging his children to apologize to their mother on his behalf. One of the kids eventually tells Ray J, “Mom wants to hug you.” Ray J replies, “Is everything okay then? Okay, cool,” the recording ends.
Princess Love filed for divorce in February, the fourth time the former couple had filed for divorce.
