Last Friday, PARTYNEXTDOOR released his first new work in four years, including the highly anticipated fourth installment in the eponymous series. P4 seems to be a hit with fans, and just one day after launch, we reviewed its first week of commercial performance.
The album is expected to sell 33-38,000 copies in its first week. This number is a small but significant decrease compared to his last album, PARTYMOBILE, which sold about 50,000 copies in its first week at the beginning of the pandemic.
Stay tuned throughout the week for updates ahead of final sales figures next Friday.
