PARTYNEXTDOOR seems to confirm that his and Drake’s upcoming collaboration is much deeper than any of us could have imagined.
PARTYNEXTDOOR recently invited Drake to attend his Toronto concert, where they announced their upcoming collaboration. While it seemed like he was just teasing a collaboration between him and Patty, the internet immediately took notice of his mention of the album and started spreading news about it.
“Do what you need to do, I know all you girls are out there and when it gets a little colder, Partynextdoor and the Drake album will be waiting for you,” Drake said.
Now, it seems like Drake is doing more than just putting on a show for his fans and performing on stage during his brief appearance on the show.
That’s certainly true in a recent interview with PARTYNEXTDOOR, who not only confirmed the album’s existence, but essentially confirmed the project’s tracklist in a roundabout way. When asked what his favorite collaboration was, he mentioned it was the music they are currently working on.
“That’s what we’re doing now,” PARTYNEXTDOOR replied. “All 15, we’re doing all 15 right now.”

While there are few details about the project beyond word-of-mouth about the horse itself, it’s likely that this will be an electric collaboration between the two artists. Despite rumors of a feud between Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR, Drizzy presented the “Cheers” singer with flowers and called him the “R&B GOAT” during a guest appearance on his show.
“What I’m trying to say is, your music changed my life and changed my style while I was here,” Drake said. “Whenever I need inspiration, I listen to some party songs.
“You know, you wrote incredible songs for me. We wrote incredible songs together. I thank you so much. I love you with all my heart. This f###### city loves you. Shout out to the party parents, like I said they are the greatest.
