We hear the sounds of the East, we keep hearing the sounds of the West. But as usual, the South has something to say. Jid and offset purely demonstrates their latest collaboration “body” with the rap abilities of a deadly lyricist.
Jid does like ugliness in the middle of his album God for God, so it’s no surprise that he appears in peak form. Meanwhile, it’s obvious that this track is just a warm-up for him (even if it’s a track, it will make a lot of rappers sweat!)
Gide often avoids the beef problem, with his focus on the best rappers in today’s games “Don’t tell”. Again, he cemented his name in the discussion and made a huge statement on the hook of the song. It echoed: “Let the body hit the floor,” and the adrenaline absorbed.
Offset also emerges with his signature flow and creates its own jitter flow through a relaxed swagger, in stark contrast to Jid’s jitter flow. Check it out below!
