Nicki Minaj is continuing her legal action against blogger Marley Green, who allegedly accused her of being an “addict” in a video posted on Twitter. Minaj originally filed a lawsuit against Green, who goes by the pseudonym “Nosey Heaux,” in 2022, claiming the video was defamatory. In the latest update, AllHipHop reports that Minaj sent a letter to the judge back in March, providing an update on the status and recommendations of the case. Green asked for a delayed response, but apparently still hasn’t done so. Mina, in turn, argued that she waived any objection to the relief she sought.Number
Mina also accused Green of failing to comply with multiple discovery requests. As AllHipHop noted, she in turn asked that the defendants be prevented from seeking any further discovery, that they be prevented from presenting any evidence in opposition to Nicki Minaj’s anticipated summary judgment motion or at any hearing or trial, and that they be prohibited from raising any objections to the discovery request. .Number

Mina also wants to obtain various documents related to Green’s alleged drug use comments, as well as the number of views and comments on related videos she posted. Taken together, this will help Minaj quantify the tangible damage to her reputation.
The lawsuit with Green isn’t the only legal drama Minaj has made headlines this week. A former concert promoter named BS Associates Company Limited (BSA) is trying to collect a $1 million judgment from her involving a 2018 deal to perform in China that allegedly fell through, RadarOnline reports. They were previously awarded $1.4 million from Minaj’s company, Pink Personality. Stay tuned for further updates from Nicki Minaj on HotNewHipHop.
