Nicki Minaj went completely off the rails with a series of conspiracy theory posts that were straight out of the QAnon playbook.
The rapper went on a bizarre rant about child sacrifice and Satanic cults, while shaming Lizzo and making wild accusations about Chrissy Teigen.
Her latest social media meltdown comes just after Trevor Noah mocked her at the 2026 Grammy Awards.
The comedian joked about her absence from the ceremony, saying she was “still in the White House discussing very important issues with Donald Trump.” The entire music industry laughed when Noah mocked her loyalty to Trump in front of her peers.
Mina’s response is to delve full-scale into conspiracy territory. She claimed “these people have been sacrificing children as a way to gain and maintain power.”
The posts read like classic QAnon propaganda, centered around the false belief that an elite cabal engages in ritual child abuse.
QAnon followers believe that powerful celebrities and politicians participate in satanic rituals involving children. These conspiracy theories have no basis in fact but are spreading rapidly online.
Nicki Minaj’s post touches on all the major QAnon talking points about blood rituals and secret cults.
Your favorite artist has been performing rituals in a satanic cult where they take babies from other countries, dismember and kill them as blood sacrifices to God. You see, when your master is Satan, you have to bleed constantly. However, the JIG has already started. pic.twitter.com/AFyiiWGATm

“Your favorite artist has been performing rituals in a satanic cult where they take babies from other countries, dismember and kill them as a form of blood sacrifice to God,” she wrote.
The post continues to use religious language about Satan and bloodshed.
Her attack on Lizzo seemed to stem from age-old tensions between the two artists. Lizzo has previously offered subtle criticism of Minaj’s behavior, which explains why Minaj targeted her with cruel fat-shaming posts.
Fat Lizzo lost 300 pounds just to sell 300 albums.
So now she has sagging skin, a flopped album, and weird accusations. Sheesh. pic.twitter.com/eKovXNOubE

“Fat Lizzo lost 300 pounds just to sell 300 albums. So now she has sagging skin, failed albums, and weird expenses,” Nicki Minaj wrote.
Nicki Minaj also made transphobic claims about Chrissy Teigen, writing: “Supposedly, everyone knows Chrissy Tiegan has a penis.”
The post raised baseless gender conspiracy theories about Teigen that have been circulating in far-right online spaces after Teigen laughed at Trevor Noah’s dig and gave him a thumbs up.
The posts represent Mina’s most in-depth study of conspiratorial thinking to date.
The rapper has been courting Trump supporters since declaring herself his “number one fan” at recent political events, extending her support well beyond her previous support for MAGA and into full-blown QAnon territory.
Just a few years ago, she criticized Trump’s immigration policies. Now she’s promoting the same fringe theories that fuel extremist movements.
The Almighty God will appear to them as they perform their rituals tonight. This ritual can backfire on them. God will not be mocked. Blessed is the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Every tongue that rises up against Me in judgment will be condemned and put to shame. Watch 🪄✨
