The explosive lawsuit claims Jay-Z and Diddy raped a 13-year-old girl in 2000, and also includes allegations from an unnamed woman who allegedly witnessed the entire incident.
Mystery woman in new Jay-Z-Diddy lawsuit
On Sunday (December 8), the rape complaint originally filed against Diddy in October was amended to include Jigga. In the lawsuit, a plaintiff named Jane Doe accuses the music mogul of raping her at the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards afterparty. Celebrities witnessed the crime.
According to the lawsuit, “Combs entered the room with the defendant [Jay-Z] and a female celebrity (“Celebrity B”). The plaintiff immediately recognized the three celebrities. Combs aggressively approached the plaintiff with a crazy look in his eyes, grabbed her and said: ‘You’re ready to party!
The lawsuit continues: “Combs grabbed her again and threw her onto the bed. At that time, [Jay-Z] As Plaintiff became increasingly disoriented and began to remove her clothes… Carter vaginally raped Plaintiff while Plaintiff was held down while Combs and Celebrity B looked on. After Carter finished speaking, he retreated to the wall. Combs then stepped forward and vaginally raped the accuser while Carter and Celebrity B looked on.
It’s unclear why the female celebrity’s name was not revealed.
XXL has reached out to the plaintiffs’ attorneys for comment.

Jay-Z denies claims, files countersuit
After news of the lawsuit broke, Jay-Z issued the following statement to XXL vehemently denying the accusations.
“My attorney received an extortion attempt, called a demand letter, from an ‘attorney’ named Tony Buzbee. What he calculated was the nature of the accusations and the public scrutiny that would make me think To reconcile.
No sir, it had the opposite effect! This makes me want to expose your fraud in a very public way. So no, I won’t give you a penny!
The nature of these accusations is so outrageous that I implore you to file criminal proceedings, not civil proceedings! Whoever commits this crime against a minor should be locked up, don’t you agree?
If true, these alleged victims will receive real justice.
I did some research on this attorney and he seems to have this dramatic pattern!
I don’t know how you became such a pathetic human being, Mr. Buzby, but I assure you, I’ve seen your kind many times. I’m ready for your type. Do you call yourself a Marine? Marines are known for their bravery and you have neither honor nor dignity.
My only heartbreak is for my family. My wife and I are going to have to sit our kids down, one of whom is of an age where her friends will definitely see the media and ask questions about the nature of these claims and explain how cruel and greedy people are. I mourn yet another loss of innocence. Children should not have to endure pain like this at a young age. It’s unfair to have to try to understand the inexplicable malice aimed at destroying families and the human spirit.
My heart and support goes to the real victims of the world who have to watch this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit make money while wearing a costume.
You made a terrible error in judgment, assuming that all “celebrities” are the same. I’m not from your world. I was a young man coming out of the Brooklyn projects. We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honors. We protect children and you appear to be exploiting others for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, would believe the stupid claims you make about me, which would be laughable if not for the severity of the harm to children.
I look forward to showing you how different I am.
Jay-Z also reportedly filed a countersuit against the plaintiff’s attorney, Tony Buzbee of the Buzbee Law Firm in Texas. Buzbee has filed more than a dozen lawsuits on behalf of Diddy’s accusers over the past few months and insists he has more than 100 people ready to sue Diddy and others for sexual assault. Diddy’s camp also denies the allegations in the re-filed lawsuit.
