Ye’s former assistant is reportedly suing him for sexual harassment, claiming he sent her inappropriate text messages and videos.
Ms. Ye was sued for sexual harassment
On Monday (July 3), TMZ reported that Ye is being sued by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who is also a former OnlyFans model. Ye met Pisciotta while developing her own fashion line and hired her in July 2021. She claimed in the filing that she even contributed to three songs on Ye’s 2021 album “Donda.”
Pisciotta claimed that Ye promised to pay her $1 million a year if she deleted her OnlyFans profile and worked for him, saying he could make her “like God” if she agreed. Soon after she started working for Ye, Ye allegedly began sending her explicit text messages that made her feel uncomfortable.
「你看,我的問題是我想操,但在我操完之後,我想要一個女孩告訴我,當我操她們的時候,她們被操得有多難,」其中一位據稱閱讀的text. “Then I want her to cheat on me.”
TMZ claims the text messages became increasingly vulgar, with Ye detailing his sexual fantasies.
“Is my asshole a racist? Yes. My fucking racist asshole,” Ye allegedly wrote in another text message. “I’m going to beat this fucking racist because I’m a fucking racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black butts and beat the shit out of me as a racist.” d**k. ..beat the shit out of this big black bastard.
Pisciotta said the harassment continued to escalate and claimed that Ye would openly please him during phone conversations. He would also ask her if she knew what he was doing. He also allegedly sent her two videos of him having sex with the model.
Pisciotta claimed she was fired in October 2022, and Ye said she would be paid a $3 million severance package. She said she accepted but never received it. Pisciotta is suing Ye for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and hostile work environment.

Ye faces racial discrimination accusations
This is not the first former employee to file a lawsuit against the tycoon this year. Ye also faces lawsuits from former employees of the Yeezy brand and Donda Academy, Ye’s failing school in California, according to documents obtained by XXL in April. The 31-page lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by Benjamin Deshon Provo, who is black and claims Ye engaged in unfair labor practices and racial discrimination.
“Specifically, [Ye] Frequently screaming and berating at black employees, in contrast, he never raised his tone toward white employees,” the lawsuit states.
Provo also claimed he was unfairly targeted because of his Muslim faith, even though Ye told him he refused to convert to Christianity.
