The 25th WYCE Jammie Awards at The Intersection in Grand Rapids were a celebration of Michigan’s vibrant music scene, drawing over 1,200 attendees for six hours of unforgettable performances. Eighteen diverse acts graced three stages, ranging from rock and soul to hip hop and bluegrass, all while honoring the best Michigan music of 2024.
The Crane Wives, The Bootstrap Boys, and Big Timmy & The Heavy Chevys took home some of the night’s biggest awards, while The Wild Honey Collective earned Best Roots Album. Local musicians and fans alike lauded the event for its sense of community and support for homegrown talent.
