Meek Mill is a clown that social media users love to play. Whether he’s being mocked for what he wears, what he says, or something else, it’s hard to find a post that doesn’t have a slew of haters in the comments section. One thing critics often speculate about is his sexual orientation. However, according to Michael Rubin, the theory that he is gay is completely unfounded.
During a recent appearance on The Breakfast Club , Rubin discussed the rumors surrounding Meek’s sexual orientation. He also addressed the 2021 video of the rapper bunny-hopping on a tennis court, which resurfaced earlier this year and fueled the rumors. “When I see the story of a good friend of mine like Mick, and people try to… again, if he’s gay – he doesn’t have a gay bone in his body – who cares, number one. If people want to be gay, the year will be 2024.

“Second, he doesn’t have a gay bone in his body, so why do people want to lie? Why do people want to change the narrative that he made a bet with me to try to hurt him?” Rubin added, “That’s one of the things I learned. The thing, you see, I’m just speaking out because that’s one thing that I’ve learned about black culture, I don’t like that, black hate on hate. [sic]”.
As for the infamous bunny hop video, Mick addressed the issue when it aired on X back in May. “This is a game I started in prison, and we used to have killers bunny hop when they lost because it was so hostile to money,” he told fans at the time.
