Milagro Gramz is back in the legal spotlight after losing her defamation case against Megan Thee Stallion. Despite the jury’s verdict, Milagro Gramz allegedly continued targeting the rapper online, picking up where she left off.
In a new motion filed by Meghan’s legal team, the Houston artist is asking a federal judge to issue a permanent injunction after Milagro Gramz is harassed again.
Just weeks ago, a jury found Grammz liable for defamation.
On December 1, the day after the gag order was lifted, Milagro Gramz appeared on Instagram Live. She downplayed the verdict and floated the idea of turning her attention to music through a mixtape, according to court documents.
Megan Thee Stallion said the move was an effort to disguise ongoing attacks as constitutionally protected speech.
But the behavior didn’t stop there, the motion said. On Dec. 2, Gramz posted a photo on X of himself standing next to journalist Gayle King, which Meghan’s team said was a veiled attack on the rapper’s 2022 interview with King.
That interview became a focus during Tory Lanez’s shooting trial, with Gramz trying to discredit Meghan’s account.
She also referred to Megan Thee Stallion as a “black Regina George” (the character in the movie “Mean Girls”), a remark that Megan’s lawyers said was both defamatory and racially charged.
“If the defendants are allowed to further stalk, bully and harass Ms. Pitt, and further incite, Ms. Pitt will continue to suffer irreparable harm. [Milagro Gramz’s] Meg’s lawyers said they had been targeting Ms Pitt with hate speech for the past five years.
Meghan’s lawyers argue that Milagro-Gramez is evading true responsibility while continuing to provoke their client under the guise of free speech. Megan Thee Stallion has been trying to move on after Tory Lanez’s trial, conviction and sentencing.
Megan Thee Stallion has been publicly dating NBA star Klay Thompson since July 2024, and in October she dropped “Lover Girl,” a song inspired by their relationship.
The couple reportedly bought a home together, marking a new chapter for the Grammy-winning rapper.
Despite facing legal troubles, Meghan’s business ventures haven’t slowed down. Even though Roc Nation is facing a lawsuit from two models over a contract dispute related to her brand, she’s still juggling music, a swimwear line and other projects.
