A security guard claims he was drugged and sexually assaulted by Sean “Diddy” Combs in August 2006. Tony Buzbee’s client is suing Diddy, accusing him of rape in a van parked at the mogul’s East Hampton estate.
Jane Doe said he accepted a last-minute security job at an event hosted by Diddy. The accuser allegedly fell victim to Diddy after drinking a drug-laced drink at a party.
“As the incident progressed, Combs targeted Plaintiff and served him two alcoholic beverages throughout the night,” Jane Doe’s attorneys wrote. “After the second drink, Plaintiff began to feel extreme discomfort and leaned against the truck for support… Combs himself or through his agents/employees had previously spiked the drink with drugs, including but not limited to GHB and/or MDMA. This conduct against Plaintiff mimics a pattern of Coombs and his agents/employees drugging unsuspecting victims in order to make it easier for Coombs to sexually assault that individual. Yes, Plaintiff is one such victim. Below are photos of sample containers used by Combs and/or his agents/employees to add GHB to alcoholic beverages.
Diddy allegedly checked on John Doe after giving security two drinks. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff believed Diddy was indeed worried but had ulterior motives.
“[John Doe] He soon found himself being forced into an open truck by Coombs, an act that caused him considerable distress,” his attorneys wrote. “Once inside the vehicle, the plaintiff was pinned down by Combs, who restrained him while he struggled to escape due to the effects of drugs in his system. Things took a horrific turn when Combs inserted his penis into He denied the plaintiff’s request for help by sexually assaulting the plaintiff by inserting his vagina into his vagina and sodomizing him while repeatedly saying, “You’re going to be okay.”
The alleged victim struggled to leave the party with drugs in his system. He “experienced an unsettling sensation of a lubricant-like fluid leaking from his body.” When John Doe finally returned home, he reported what had happened to the security company’s supervisor.
“After returning home and taking a shower, plaintiff noticed more semen discharge, which intensified his feelings of violation and disgust,” the lawsuit states. “Following the attack, plaintiff struggled with intense emotional pain and mental health issues and felt disgusted and deep depression. The plaintiff’s personal life was significantly affected; he never married and often struggled to maintain relationships because of the attacks.
Jane Doe is suing Diddy for violating New York City’s Gender Motivated Violence Victims Protection Act. Lawyers for the founder of Bad Boy Records have denied the accusations.
“The press conference and 1-800 phone number that preceded today’s flurry of filings were clearly designed to attract public attention,” Diddy’s attorney argued. “Mr. Combs and his legal team remain confident in the facts, their legal defense, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, Whether an adult or a minor, a man or a woman.
Didi was charged in September with conspiracy to commit racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution. He remains in jail awaiting trial.
