Clayton Howard filed a civil lawsuit accusing Cassie of forcing him to do sexual work with Diddy and exploiting his own trauma for personal gain during a year-long relationship.
The former escort testified under the pseudonym “Dave” in Diddy’s federal sex trafficking investigation, now claiming that Cassie is not only a participant, but also a driver of what he calls exploitation.
In an interview with TMZ, Howard accused Cassie of “embracing” Diddy’s influence and used it to manipulate his sexual behavior with third parties.
“One, I was in an economic position where I really needed the money. Two, Mr. Combs is incredibly powerful and Ms. Ventura had no problem in her use of that power, which has actually been revealed now because we’ve heard recordings of her threatening people, we’ve seen text messages. There are many different sides to people…she has her side. There is a side for her that people don’t know, the side that manipulated Sean Combs’ power, the side that embedded his power and his position to do things that she wants,” Howard said.
Howard’s complaints include disturbing allegations, including being drugged, sexually engaged with strangers, and being infected with sexually transmitted diseases. He said he has been in a relationship for nearly a decade driven by fear and financial dependence.
The lawsuit also targets the U.S. Attorney’s Office, accusing prosecutors of ignoring male victims while focusing on what Didi claims to be abusing women.
Howard claims that Cassie is not a passive victim, but a participant who is actively involved in abuse.
“I’m always afraid that if I stop coming, then I’ll start having problems because she threatens me to come a few times and makes me feel uncomfortable because I’ll see her just to avoid any problems with Sean Comms. His powerful power is very strong. He has a lot of people who can hurt my life for years and it will hurt me for years and it will leave him alone,” Howard added.
The complaint said she “using her position to lure and manipulate” him into a situation of emotional and physical scarring.
Howard’s attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who delayed the complaint until Cassie’s testimony against Diddy was resolved, said he wanted to avoid damaging her public image in a high-profile case.
