Richmond, California-based Emcee Locksmith teamed up with New York production duo Heatmakerz for his seventh studio LP. Through his first album Embedded, produced by his Ski Beatz, and his sophomore effort of 1,000 innings and later sophomore effort, was introduced to him during my adolescence, and his second EP undoubtedly had problems with 21-year-old Apollo Brown under the Mello Music Group and hoped he would be the same as all of these projects since. Given the singles built toward wine and circus, I’m sure we’ll finally get it.
Current frontline members welcome the underground “the greatest performance on earth”, while “Death of Temptation” during the boom, those who talk about honesty with the sample of the gospel are now demeaned. Pyles p’s “culture” provides a middle finger for the flaws of the two-party system, a conversation that many people don’t want to talk about how great its life is before an optimistic “beautiful day.”
Joell Ortiz joined the locksmith for the soul-filled thriving bap single “The Enclosed Title” sending messages directly to people who have been posting their names, pointing out that it’s too late to any apology, and once the unstoppable “Cons & Prose” is in the lyrical consciousness, “America’s Sequel” will be strategic for the past 5 years, step by step. The fun timing is also because Charlie Kirk was shot deadly last Wednesday, imitated by Cartman in the latest season of the comedy Central hit South Park owned by Paramount Skydance Corporation last month.
“Low Pressure” takes a deeper look at the last stop of wine and circus, with some pianos shooting shots on those who are afraid to face their problems because the strength tends to their minds and becomes increasingly arrogant, and the title track never gets hurt once you understand your worth. Mysonne appeared in the closing track “Culture 2” with a higher primitive highlight earlier in the first half with the predecessor’s politically lyricism-filled atmosphere.
For nearly 15 years, I noticed that whenever he was used with a peculiar producer, the locksmith was his biggest form, just like he had no problem, even embedded, despite the latter being universally mixed reception. As for wine and circus, there is no doubt that from now on we will talk about it for a long time and rank it on one of the greatest albums of his career. Compared to some materials from locksmiths since 2018, the Heatmakerz’s sample weight is a breath of fresh air, and the Bay Area lyricist’s wisdom word is more difficult given the recent events.
