LL Cool J finally releases his new album THE FORCE tonight.
The project is LL’s 14th studio album and his first in over a decade. The veteran rapper has been preparing for the album’s release for quite some time. Produced entirely by Q-Tip, the 14-track project features special guests including Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Fat Joe, Rick Ross, Saweetie, Busta Rhymes, Nas and more.
Cool J included several hit singles from the album, including “Murdergram Deux,” a collaboration with Eminem. LL revealed that a music video for the song will also be released soon.
“Em and I actually went to Dr. Dre’s studio and recorded it in Los Angeles,” LL COOL J said of the collaboration on SiriusXM. “We’d go to the studio together. Here’s the process: I would write my rhyme. Then I would put it down. He would come in, he would hear it, and I would leave. He would write his rhyme. He would record it. . We went back and forth in the studio without seeing each other’s recordings until we did the last thing together, where I was kind of with him.
