Lizzo launched her weight loss regimen on Instagram by converting photos side by side and detailing her fitness and nutrition overhaul, and shutting down Ozempic rumor on Instagram.
The Grammy Award-winning singer made it clear that she didn’t rely on GLP-1 drugs like Ozempic to be slim. Instead, she attributes her team of discipline, sweat and health professionals to her progress.
She wrote: “I work hard, train 3 times a week, daily sauna and cardio, add animal protein to my diet, hire a chef who can help me prepare meals and track what I put in my body in my calorie defects, reducing sugary Starbucks and full fat soda and full fat soda and potato chips…”

The 37-year-old also shared that she had drunk moderately.
“I quit drinking for the longest time… (but I drank again c##I earned it!) … I was on kimchi and hiking, walking on the beach, moving my body, dancing and drinking water. I detox! Once!”
Lizzo also shouted to celebrity lymphatic massage therapist Flávia Lanini, who said he helped shape her appearance through overall physical work.
“The photo on the left is my first lymphatic massage from Flavia, and the right is the closest!” she wrote. “Given all these magazines and blogs I hope I’m not good at Ozempic Soooo – that’s the fact! I can also do overall body work, wood treatments and lymphatic massage.”
She ended the post with a clear self-affirm message.
“I’m happy and proud of what I’ve done and no one can take it away from me.”
Lizzo’s fifth studio album, Love In Real In Real Life, is expected to give up later this year.
