Don’t sleep in December. Stable releases continue in the fourth quarter. A Bronx rapper said goodbye this week, a St. Louis rhymer released his first album since 2022, and a prolific precedent-setting artist from Atlanta dropped his third album of the year etc.

Lil Tjay drops surprise post to say goodbye

Lil Tjay bids farewell to 2024 with his surprising new album “Farewell.” The Bronx rapper treats fans to eight new tracks on his latest album, which includes guest appearances from Polo G, NLE Choppa, Rich The Kid and G Herbo. The project was preceded by the single “Let It Go Baby,” which was released in November. It happens after 222 in 2023.

Smino drops “Maybe” on Nirvana album

Smirnoff releases his first independent album Maybe Nirvana. The follow-up to “Luv 4 Rent,” the St. Louis rapper gives fans an inside look at the nine-song album. Bun B, Thundercat, Ravyn Lenae and more all appear on the project, which was produced by Thundercat and Monte Booker. “This project is me exploring my own nirvana—my peace, my chaos, and everything in between,” Smino said of the project. “Each song is a piece of me, connected to a bigger picture. I wanted to make something that felt infinite, like it could exist outside of time.”

Soulja Boy Releases Soulja Mixtape Diary

Soulja Boy is always preparing new releases. He ends 2024 with his new album “Diary of a Soulja”. Following the release of the mixtapes Swag 6 and Swag Season, Big Draco has released 15 songs that are all solo. Soulja previewed the tape with previously released song “Stand on Business.”
