People who saw him said that Lil Nas X was spotted roaming a major street in Los Angeles at 4 a.m., a little weird.
TMZ got a video of the rapper floating on “Old Town Road” and almost naked. Nass was caught by someone passing by. He kept pointing at the camera and muttering to the party, and at some point he even put an orange traffic cone on his head.
According to TMZ sources, others near the studio city saw Lil Nas and thought it was weird and could call the police. It turns out that many local residents have reported potential overdoses of LAPD.

The rapper was taken to the hospital for treatment but could be prosecuted later.
