Video footage from the night quickly flooded social media platforms including X (formerly Twitter), with user reactions ranging from laughter to confusion and concern.
Video shows the rapper confidently striding across the stage while performing his set in front of a packed audience. The crowd seemed excited about the surprising outfit choice, but the internet had a different tone.

One user posted: “Seriously praying for this young man.”
Another wrote: “Yeah they need to get him help ASAP.” A third added, “Everyone on his team doesn’t care about his health.”
The videos went viral within hours, with hashtags like #KodakBlack and #AustinTexas trending on hip-hop pages and entertainment accounts.
This isn’t the first time Kodak’s behavior has drawn attention. In May 2025, he spoke openly about drug use during a riff on “On the Radar,” saying he had a “meth habit.”
Earlier that year, he also told his Instagram followers that he was “never sober,” a statement he repeated in podcast interviews and livestreams.
