Kodak Black is being sued by a tri-state area limousine company for more than $600,000, with the company’s attorney claiming the rapper’s monthly bills total more than $200,000.

As of Wednesday (March 27), I&D Concierge in Queens, New York, filed a lawsuit against Kodak, according to court documents obtained by HipHopDX.

“Beginning in September 2018, Defendants engaged Plaintiff’s services and began using Plaintiff regularly for their transportation needs,” their complaint reads. “From September 2018 to December 2023, defendants charged plaintiffs an average of approximately $150,000 to $200,000 per month.”

The complaint continues: “Between January and December 2023, in accordance with the agreement and terms between the parties and the course of the transaction, the Plaintiff provided the following services to the Defendant based on the Defendant’s specific circumstances, requests and confirmed orders, totaling $618,070.11. (“Allegations”).

However, Kodak Black’s attorney Bradford Cohen told TMZ, according to the outlet, “I&D took full advantage of his client while he was going through a difficult time and took advantage of the situation. “

HipHopDX has reached out to Cohen for comment.

Earlier this month, Kodak Black and Jack Boy’s alleged beef allegedly turned deadly, with police claiming it was the cause of a fatal shooting in 2023.

The Miami Herald reported that authorities said the shooting, which occurred on January 16, 2023, outside a Jackboy concert at The Barn in Sanford, Florida, was inspired by “the feud between the two artists.” dispute,” although police specifically said neither man was directly involved.

Seminole County Sheriff Dennis Lema claimed the gunmen thought they were targeting Jack Boy’s crew but actually shot another van.

It is said that the passengers of the van were hit by six armor-piercing rounds, and one of the occupants – 31-year-old Princess Tolliver – died on the spot.

On February 26, the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office announced that they had arrested 13 people in connection with the drive-by shooting. These people were allegedly members of the OTF (“On Top Forever”) gang. The arrests came after more than a year of investigation involving more than 120 search warrants.

However, one man remains at large, with a warrant out for his arrest on a charge of first-degree premeditated murder — a charge that could carry the death penalty if the defendant is found guilty.

“Our detectives have determined that none of the victims were the intended targets that night,” Seminole County Sheriff Dennis Lema said at a news conference announcing the arrests. “We have discovered that a possible motive for this incident stemmed from A very public and high-profile dispute on social media and the court system involving Jack Boy and a known associate of the shooter, Bill Kapri, another well-known rap artist on the scene . Named Kodak Black.”

Sheriff Lema made it clear that there was “no evidence” that Kodak Black or Jack Boy were directly involved in the drive-by shooting, and neither rapper has been charged with any crime.
