The film is about 10 minutes old, which Kudy describes as his most filmic work and is also “the most unfortunate ### ive of my life”.
Cudi confirmed that the short film is related to the single “Mr. Miracle” from his latest album, which was released on August 22, 2025.
The news is reviewed as Cudi reflects his journey as an artist now enters a new phase of independence. Free tagged his last project, released under a major tag through Wicked Awesome and Republic Records.
He shared: “Free is my last album (part of the reason I call the album Free free), now Im Revenin Toewin toeed to New chapter and stand alone.”
Kudy also thanked supporters for embracing freedom, including the singles “Neverland,” “Grave,” and “Mr. Miracle.”
He wrote: “I just want to support all the fans, spread the word and send love! I’m so grateful for my corner.”
When he paused on the music, Cudy made it clear that he hadn’t disappeared.
“I think Ima officially stepped back from the Droppin album for a while and focused on conducting, more performance, painting and fashion. It’ll be long until you hear another album from me, but I promise, it won’t be boring when I show up again.”
The short film “Mr. Miracle” is expected to be released in the coming weeks.
