Kendrick Lamar has finally released the music video for his chart-topping Drake diss song “Not Like Us.”
K-Dot releases video for “Not Like Us”
Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” continues to dominate the race for summer song. On Thursday (July 4), “King of the West Coast” released the smash hit visual. In the video, filmed on June 22, K-Dot takes the entire city of Compton, California, to a victory lap. The visual below shows the “Euphoria” rapper visiting various locations in his hometown while being supported by captivated fans, who passionately sing the song’s chorus “They don’t like us /They don’t like us/They don’t like us”.
In one scene, Kendrick and Mustard, who produced the song, stand outside Tam’s Burger, a local haunted house. Mustard, who wore a Toronto Blue Jays hat, has claimed since the video was shot that it was not a spoof of Drake. In another scene, Kendrick’s longtime partner Whitney Alford dances with the couple’s children, seemingly putting to rest Drake’s accusations that K-Dot abused Whitney on “Family Matters” .
There are also some visual shots of Drizzy. At the end of the video, directed by Dave Free and Kendrick Lamar, Kendrick beats an owl piñata with a stick and stares at an owl in a cage.

“Not Like Us” was the last diss song K-Dot released in May amid his lyrical feud with Drake.
