Kendrick Lamar has sparked new controversy with his fierce collaboration “Good Credit” targeting $ap relli, a feature in Playboi Carti’s new music album.
Lamar puts down the line: “She and his emerald cuffs, b##### like $ap relli.” The lyrics seem to quote Relli’s role in the recent high-profile A$AP Rocky trial.

A$AP Relli recently testified against his former friend, accusing Rocky of shooting him in a fierce confrontation in 2021.
Relli claimed Rocky threatened his life, pointed at his belly, head, and fired two shots, allegedly plundering his hand.
Rocky, however, strongly denied the allegations, and his defense attorney insisted that he only carried a prop gun filled with blank space.
The jurors eventually sentenced Rocky to two counts of felony assault, sending him to 24 years in prison.
Meanwhile, with “good reputation”, Lamar also cleverly reflects his hatred of Drake, insisting that he has always been him.
“The numbers say nothing, the money is nothing, he raps. “I really fulfilled my promise / Say Kenny is heavy, I’m very heavy, n ####, I’m Luka Dončić. ”
In other Kendrick Lamar news, Compton natives are preparing to start his much-anticipated tour of the Big Country, co-led by the SZA.
The tour supports Lamar’s sixth studio album, “GNX”, which was held on April 19, 2025 at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis and August 9, 2025 in Stockholm, Sweden, for 39 dates throughout North America and Europe.
