Kendrick Lamar added a special Easter egg for the intimate audience at the beginning of his Drake diss “Euphoria.”
The song, which was released on Tuesday (April 30), begins with a soundbite that sounds a bit like gibberish, but when inverted, it’s actually a clip from the 1978 film The Wizard of Oz.
This moment comes from Herman Smith/The Wiz, played by Richard Pryor, who says, “Everything they say about me is true. I’m a liar.”

K.Dot, who took the internet by storm earlier Tuesday, finally fired back at Drake with his shocking new diss song.
The fiery song sees the Compton rapper pouring over his longtime rival for several minutes in response to Drizzy’s own diss tracks “Push Ups” and “Taylor Made Freestyle.”
Opening with a sample of Teddy Pendergrass’s “You Are My Newest, My Biggest Inspiration,” K. Dot mentions a “pathetic master manipulator” who is “paranoid,” ” Spiraling” and “Make Up Stories About Family, Front,” the song comes to life with sudden beat switches.
Since then, Kendrick has used everything from his parenting skills, alleged ghostwriting and rumored plastic surgeries to his appearance, tough-guy persona and attitude toward women to lash out at Liushen again and again. Even a few hard attacks.
The Pulitzer Prize winner also accused Drizzy of sending a cease and desist letter in an attempt to have his chart-topping song “Like That” with Future and Metro Boomin, which reignited their long-standing relationship, removed. Discord. Scroll further to read the (many) lyrics directed at Drake.
“I parked his son, the first time I shot Drac, my friend told me to aim like this/I didn’t aim down enough and today I’ll show you I learned from those mistakes/Someone told me I told me you got a ring, God, I’m ready to double my pay/I’d rather do that than have a Canadian n-gga make ‘Pac turn in his grave.
Background: Drake purchased a 2Pac property for $1 million at auction last year.
“Cole and Aubrey know I’m a selfish black person with a heavy crown/I pray they’re my true friends or I’m YNW Melly.”
Background: J. Cole and Drake toured together earlier this year and collaborated on “First Person Shooter.” Melly was accused of murdering two of his closest friends.
“I don’t like your bullshit on Pharrell, for him I’ll inherit the beef/Yeah, fuck all Pushin’ P, show me you Pusha T/You better be right again before you think about pushing me He spins/He’s Terrence Thornton, I’m Terrence Crawford, yeah, I’m cheering.
Drake has yet to respond.
