Bronx rapper Kai Flock may be locked up, but that doesn’t mean he’s doing nothing. He appears to have gained some muscle mass in new footage and photos from a recent prison shoot.
Kay Flock debuts new look in prison
Most fans of Kay Flock are familiar with the way he looked when he was rising to fame as a rising rapper: slender and with his hair pulled back into a ponytail. A new photo circulating on social media appears to be a screenshot from a recent prison phone call, showing Kai Flock shirtless and showing off his muscles. Some of the videos began circulating on X (formerly Twitter) on March 17. It seems that the 20-year-old has been relying on fitness to pass the time.
A friend recorded video of the jail call on her cellphone, giving us a closer look at Kay Flock, who now has shoulder-length braids. The rapper’s friend, who recorded the call, told Kay how many people had joined the Instagram Live account. According to reports, about 700 people watched the live video.
