Kanye West appears to be executing on his plan to sue his former employee, social media influencer YesJulz
When Kanye West fired social media influencer YesJulz for allegedly violating a nondisclosure agreement and threatened legal action, she encouraged him to file a lawsuit, and now it looks like Ye is doing just that, for over $8 million .
West posted a scathing “notice of intent” on his Instagram Stories on Sunday night (March 17), detailing the accusations he made against YesJulz using her real name, Julianne Goddard.
He claimed she “willfully and materially breached” the agreement and alleged multiple unauthorized disclosures, including confidential texts and Vultures launch plans.
“To suggest that Goddard lacked impulse control is to absolve her of any responsibility for hurtful, hateful, and destructive behavior; it is to give a pass for her lying, malicious, manipulative outbursts,” the document states. continued.
The document bizarrely quotes Austrian composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart before accusing her of “lukewarm and never-ending willful, reckless and vindictive transgressions”.
The claim notes the “extraordinary” damages sought but insists it is because Yes Julz’s “determination to disrupt business functions and foment discord” is unparalleled.
“Goddard candidly admitted that she had breached her confidentiality agreement and intended to take additional action,” the statement read. “After she was fired, she tweeted: ‘Fuck confidentiality’ Agreement to sue me…I dare Milo or any of YZY’s lawyers to try.’ And they’re doing that now.”
West is seeking damages in excess of $8,000,000 for alleged “deceptive disclosures” and “malicious violations.”

YesJulz responds to Kanye West
YesJulz seemed to react to X, although she didn’t mention Kanye West directly. She did, however, appoint his chief of staff, far-right firebrand Milo Yiannopoulos.
