Kanye West and his ex-wife Kim Kardashian are preparing for the fight, or at least that’s it. On Saturday (March 15), the polarized rapper/producer released screenshots of the recent couple’s recent text exchange involving their eldest daughter Northwest.
Apparently, Kardashian firmly owns her name and does not want her to appear in Diddy’s songs. It seems that Kardashian has provided some kind of legal document in the West unless the North cannot walk on the track.
West began, “I will never talk to you again,” Kardashian replied, “At that time I asked if you could mark her by her name. You said yes. When she was 18, she fell on her. So stop. I sent the work on paper, so she wouldn’t protect her in Diddy’s song. One person has to trademark! We agree that when they were born, I’ll get the names and trademarks of all our children, so no one will take them.”
West replied: “Modify it or I’m going to fight. Neither of us will recover from the public consequences. You will have to kill me.” Later, he tweeted a part of the letter he received from his ex-wife, which read: “Kin is the sole and exclusive owner of all trademarks related to the Northwest Territory name, including Northwest Mark.
“You use the name of the North, similarity and trademarks of the North are related to this recording, which not only violates the judgments stipulated by the parties, because the parties share common legal custody, but also violates the infringement of state and federal laws. Kim Jong Il does not consider participating in the program in the best interest of the North and requires…”
It ends there. Despite Kim Kardashian’s wishes, West released a cut of the song along with Diddy, Christian Combs and North West.
Kanye West revealed that he threatened Kim Kardashian in the deleted tweet and tried to play his daughter North West powerfully with Diddy.

The divorce between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West is a highly publicized campaign that marks the end of their eight-year relationship. The couple got married in 2014 and began experiencing marital problems that ended in a filing file submitted by Kardashian in February 2021.
The reason behind their split is attributed to “irreconcilable differences,” and sources show that Kardashian’s decisions are influenced by a desire to prioritize the happiness of children and their own rationality. West’s public mental health struggle and bid for the U.S. presidency are also considered factors that contribute to the breakdown of marriage.
The divorce was completed on November 29, 2022, and both parties agreed to jointly keep the body and legal custody of the four children: North, Saints, Chicago and Psalms. As part of the settlement, West must pay $200,000 in child support monthly and share half of child health care, education and safety costs.
The couple also split their property, and Kardashian received several homes in California and Idaho. Despite their challenges in the divorce process, they remain committed to their shared relationship.
West is currently on another Twitter Tirade, calling himself a “prophet.” And more.
