Some people believe/hope that Juice WRLD’s “The Party Never Ends” won’t be the last album. However, his legacy still confirms that it will be. That being said, the title may reflect that while this may be a last hurray, the rapper’s current discography and legacy are never over. But at the same time, the reason we mentioned wanting more music to come out was because of how the fan base felt about the tape. Some are highly critical of its quality, and those in this camp feel that this is not the way Juice made the album.
Additionally, the DJ program has similar vibes, especially with the addition of multi-genre hitmaker Benny Blanco. He felt the promotion and overall execution were poor. But the project still has some redeeming features. “Party By Myself” feels like early classic Juice, with its sad guitar loop, slow tempo, and him sounding distraught and lost. It ticks all the boxes for his fans, who love that he candidly talks about his own personal issues such as addiction, loneliness and anxiety. “Party By Myself” was also a hit for its tone-deaf melody and chorus. Overall, plans to release The Party Never Ends are up for discussion. But there are some replayable tracks, and “Party By Myself” is one of them.
I lean like a needle
Maybe I go to parties by myself because I don’t socialize with people
Marijuana and pills, euphoria and the brain
Everything I do is for the thrill (Thrill)
I know what I’m doing is illegal
But nothing numbs my pain like pills and a refrigerator
