JT was quick to reassure fans who thought it would be a good idea to attend Lil Uzi Vert’s recent dance performance at Coachella Music Festival.

The rapper’s move went viral almost immediately after taking the stage on Saturday (April 13), and while most fans appreciated the talented fan, there were some who were misinformed about their The show made a mockery of it.

“Wait, wait, Lil Uzi was fashionable last night,” one fan wrote. “He also pulled off the death drop! Now @ThegirlJT we need answers, mom.

“You actually need an edge,” the city girl replied. “Your obsession with someone you don’t have to deal with is so creepy! What does this mean to you? Why do skinheads need answers?

Lil Uzi Vert JT Coachella Performance

This isn’t the first time JT has defended her partner against online trolls.

Back in July, a Twitter post from a presumed troll made very snarky comments about the “Just Wanna Rock” rapper, who was not what one would call “traditionally handsome.” Apparently, a user named “Marie Hendrix” thought so too.

“Is this really JT?” she wrote, referencing a photo of Lil Uzi Vert, who actually uses “they/them” pronouns on Twitter.

Within minutes, JT responded. “Yes! & I’ll slap you in the mouth because of him!”

While JT and Lil Uzi Vert are a happy couple now, life wasn’t always this way for the two.

At the BET Awards on June 25, the City Girls star angrily threw her phone at her boyfriend while sitting in the audience, calling them “bitch-ass n-gga” and “groupies.”

Rumor has it that JT was upset about Uzi being photographed with Ice Spice, who was mentioned during their performance at the awards show. “I fuck this bitch, her wig fell off twice/She got a little move, she looked like Ice Spice,” he raps on an unreleased song.

However, a rep for JT told TMZ that her outburst “had nothing to do with Ace” and instead she was “frustrated after losing her seat after being walked around in the audience.”

Regardless, the couple seemed to resolve their dispute quickly, as they were seen leaving the show together at the end of the night.
