The MC in Brooklyn has apparently filed a copyright application for the name “Tdeast!” It was a strange but calculated move that seemed to make Dawg Entertainment huge. He has been back and forth at TDE’s own Ray Vaughn and Lord Daylyt. It’s getting more and more interesting.
Although most rap wars remained in the booth, Joey’s decision to plant the statutory flag with “Tdeast” went in a new direction. For those who remember, the name evokes the evocation of Death Row, the infamous Suge Knight expansion program that opened stores on the East Coast during the peak of East Coast and West Coast tensions in the 1990s. But this is not this. Joey used the term in a recent Diss, but few people expected him to double it. As far as I know, TDE did not conduct an East Coast operation. They already have doechii.

Ray Vaughn did not back down. He is completely engaged and seems ready to snap up Bar with Joey Bar. Daylyt takes a more mysterious approach. He has posted photos of IG. Without a title, he posted a photo of Capital Steez. The mind remembers that Steez committed suicide on December 23, 2012 and was 19 years old. He jumped off the roof of the Movie Music Group. Does this cross the line? Maybe not yet. This could turn into something more personal.
It is worth noting that TDE’s former crown jewellery, Kendrick Lamar, remained silent. He is on tour with SZA and may not even know that this is happening. But as Joey tries to bait West Coast camps with paperwork and punch-hole lines, temperatures are rising. I doubt Dot will get involved in any of them.
I was a little worried about the beef, the front line became too blurry. TDE founder Top Dawg is a respected figure, usually out of rap skirmishes. That’s the bear we shouldn’t poke. All rappers think this will remain on the “wax”.
We have arrived at the time when the bark meets biting.
