What is the Bugatti Tourbillon Superwatch?
The Bugatti Tourbillon Super Watch is a one-of-a-kind timepiece created by jeweler Jacob to commemorate the Bugatti Tourbillon Super Sports Car and is estimated to be worth $4.1 million.
In the IG post below, Jacob explains that the Bugatti Tourbillon resembles the vehicle’s iconic design elements and groundbreaking technology.
“The 52 x 44 mm case follows the bodywork and features a front grille, side radiator inlets and large sapphire side windows,” Jacob writes. “Inside, the watch houses the V16 engine block made from a single piece of transparent sapphire. Powered by an automatic, a tribute to Bugatti’s groundbreaking engine architecture, the 30-second flying tourbillon and retrograde hours and minutes are designed to emulate the RPM counter, an engineering feat that pushed the boundaries of watchmaking.
“This is more than just a watch, it’s a symbol of our commitment to innovation, craftsmanship and the pursuit of the impossible,” concludes Jacob.
