Unfortunately, however, recent reports suggest that the songstress is now in jail. According to an Instagram post from The Neighborhood Talk, she was booked in Dallas earlier today. Legal documents obtained by the outlet show she was charged with theft of $30,000 to $150,000 in property, a third-degree felony in Texas.

As of this writing, further details of Wright’s arrest were unknown, but rumors circulated that she was being detained for allegedly failing to return a U-Haul truck. Of course, social media users have plenty of theories. Twitter/X is currently abuzz with demands for authorities to release her, as well as bizarre rumors about who might be behind it. Again, these are yet to be confirmed, but will likely remain so until fans get more information.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Wright has found himself in trouble with the law. In January last year, she was arrested on suspicion of a domestic dispute with her husband. He shared video of her arrest online, along with some details of the alleged altercation. He accused her of confronting a former cult member named Sola at a barbershop, assaulting him and throwing some of her son’s ashes out of the car.
