Jackboy shared Kodak Black’s old interrogation video from 2015 and reignited their long-running feud.
On Wednesday (October 29), Jackboy shared a series of videos showing Yak being interviewed by police following his arrest in October 2015. In the video, Kodak is interrogated in an interrogation room.
“I’ll tell you anything,” the rapper told police investigators.
According to police records obtained by XXL on Thursday (October 30), the interrogation video stems from an incident on October 15, 2015, when Kodak was arrested for robbery, battery, false imprisonment, possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license. According to police reports, Kodak targeted multiple people during a break-in at the rapper’s home and forced multiple people into his car.
Police records show Jacques admitted wrongdoing during questioning.
“The defendant was placed in the interrogation room where he made several spontaneous remarks, saying, ‘I know I messed up and I shouldn’t have to take matters into my own hands,'” the booking report said.
Jacques ultimately pleaded no contest to the charges in August 2016 and was sentenced to one year of house arrest and five years of probation.
Jake Boy and Kodak Black were once close friends, but the two have been feuding over the past few years, with the pair constantly exchanging words on social media. While Yak has become less vocal of late, Jackboy reignited the dispute back in March, claiming Kodak was in protective custody in prison in 2018.
