J. Cole changed his mind.
The rapper headlined the Dreamville Music Festival in Raleigh, North Carolina tonight, where he performed all of the biggest songs of his career. But at the end, he did something unexpected. Cole paused the show and said he wasn’t comfortable taking shots at Kendrick Lamar during the song “7 Minute Drill.”
He added that when he listened back to the song, it didn’t fit with his spirit, calling Kendrick one of the greatest touch-mic artists. Watch the clip below.
