GloRilla almost suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction while performing at the 2024 VMA Awards.
The Memphis rapper took the stage during her show on Wednesday (September 11) and almost went a little overboard with her sartorial display.
During her performance of “TGIF,” her bra almost slipped off after she took off her suit to show off her bikini.
Luckily, Glo and a backup dancer caught the near-slip before the rapper showed it off on national television.

GloRilla is a fan of flaunting her body, and last month she responded to a viral video in which it was suggested she was sexualized by her brand, CMG.
The “FNF (Let’s Go)” rapper shared a video in which she refutes the claims and explains why she’s excited about showing off her body.
She began: “You guys have a lot to say because I previewed [inaudible] I held my nipples and danced to my song. Don’t worry about what me and my tits are doing. Bitch, I bought them… Talk about some shit like ‘Oh, the record company made GloRilla do this’. Bitch, this label isn’t going to get me anywhere. A hoe is a hoe.
She added that everything she did was because she wanted to. Glo also implored fans to mind their own business.
“It’s not like there weren’t any labels trying to get me to do things. It was about me finding a hoe,” she laughs.
She concluded: “You guys always think, ‘They’re trying to oversexualize Gro, like she’s a tomboy. Bitch, when I didn’t have boobs, I was a tomboy. I have boobs now.’
The Memphis star appeared to be responding to a video in which one of her fans took issue with the way she presented herself.
“I was scrolling this morning and saw a video of her just dropping a remix with Skilla Baby. ‘Mom’ or something,” the user said. “Like, you’re standing up there completely naked and, you know, you’re just holding your breasts.”
The fan continued: “To me she looked extremely uncomfortable, like she was totally out of it. They were really trying [inaudible] Black women are out. All they want us to represent is our bodies. They sexualize us.
