Foxy Brown may be called to testify in Tupac Shakur’s murder trial, according to reports.

Prosecutors seek Fox Brown as star witness

On June 8, the “American Sun” reported the latest developments in the murder trial of Tupac Shakur. Former gang member Duane “Keefe D” Davis Davis is on trial for killing the 27-year-old beloved rap icon. According to the publication, prosecutors are considering Fox Brown as a key witness. The Brooklyn, N.Y., rapper was allegedly in Las Vegas on September 7, 1996, the night Tupac was killed, and hung out with Davis and other suspects before the shooting.

Multiple informants told The State they saw Foxy and Keefe D together before the shooting. They believe she can provide information that could lead Keefe D to the scene, as he now claims he was not in Sin City the night of the incident.

A source with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police told The Sun, “Confidential and delicate conversations are ongoing regarding Foxx’s role as a trial witness. She may testify or even make a statement regarding her memory.” play an important role.

XXL has reached out to the Clark County, Nevada, District Attorney’s Office for comment.

Tupac Shakur murder trial set for November

The Tupac Shakur murder mystery was given new life last July when police raided Keefe D’s Las Vegas-area home 26 years after the rapper died Shot to death in a drive-by near the Las Vegas Strip after a fight with Mike Tyson. Keefe D was arrested and charged over the murder last September. Keef, a reputed member of the Southside Compton Crip, previously admitted that he was in a car with the men who shot and killed the rapper in retaliation for one of the men being jumped by ‘Pac and others after a boxing match. The other men in the car that night, Terrence Brown, DeAndre Smith and Orlando Anderson, all died.

Keefe is charged with murder with a deadly weapon with intent to promote, further or assist a criminal street gang and is accused of supplying the weapon used in the murder. His trial was originally scheduled for June but was postponed to November.
