Fivio Fourse pleaded guilty, a charge of terrorist threats committed by threatening a woman with a gun in a parking lot in January.

The Brooklyn rapper has been jailed at Edgewater, New Jersey since January 18. On May 27 (May 27), Fivio pleaded guilty to one count of terrorist threats – threatening to commit a violent crime on third degree. In exchange for a request, other charges, including the illegal possession of weapons and aggravated attacks, were revoked.
Fivio is scheduled to be sentenced on August 2. However, his lawyer told Judge XXL that he had agreed to speed up the verdict. Therefore, it may be faster. Fivio’s lawyer hopes the rapper has been in office for four months and he will be released.

Fivio foreign arrested for parking dispute
Fivio’s latest legal issues are the result of a dispute in the parking lot on New Year’s Day. A woman claimed she asked the rapper to help open her car, and Fivio allegedly responded to it, pointing at her and saying, “If I see you parked in front of this building again, there will be a problem of royalty.”
Witnesses called police. Authorities were able to confirm the woman’s claim through surveillance video. Fivio was arrested on January 18 and was charged with possession of weapons, illegal possession of weapons, and certain people do not own weapons, aggravated attacks and terrorist threats.
This is not the first legal issue for rappers in New Jersey. In April 2021, he was arrested after he was fled by police in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
