A Foolio murder suspect has been on the run for nearly two months, with no updates on where he is or how close investigators are to finding him.
One of Foolio’s alleged killers remains at large
As of Monday (September 16), one suspect in Foolio’s murder, Davion Murphy, is still missing and at large. Back in July, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Rashad Murphy, Davion’s cousin and one of five people currently charged in Foolio’s killing. Rashad was caught on body camera surrendering after a dramatic confrontation with police at a Jacksonville apartment complex.
Rashad Murphy and Davion Murphy are documented members of the Jacksonville gang 1200, a rival gang to the Six Block Gang, according to police. Police said Foolio was a member of Six Blocks. Rashad and Davion Murphy both face charges of premeditated first-degree murder, as does Sean Garth Wright. Three men were identified as the suspected shooters.
Police said that in surveillance footage released on July 30, Rashad could be seen with suspect Sean Gathright brandishing an automatic pistol and firing at Foolio’s car. Davion Murphy, who was wearing an orange ski mask, was seen firing a rifle at the car from further away, police said. Davion is believed to still be in the Jacksonville area.

Latest developments in Foolio murder case
Rashad has not yet entered a plea and is scheduled to be arraigned sometime in September. Documents obtained by XXL show that two other Foolio murder suspects, Isaiah Chance and Alicia Andrews, pleaded not guilty on August 23, but XXL could not confirm that information. It was also reported that suspect Sean Gathright pleaded not guilty, but XXL could not confirm. this information.
Isaiah Chance and Alicia Andrews face a total of four counts of premeditated first-degree murder. Garthright is also charged with two counts of premeditated first-degree murder, as well as attempted premeditation of first-degree murder and tampering with evidence. Rashad and Davion will likely be charged with similar crimes.
Foolio was shot and killed on June 23 while celebrating his 26th birthday outside a Holiday Inn in Tampa, Florida. Police said the five suspects traveled from Jacksonville, Florida, to Tampa to kill Forio as part of an ongoing gang war in Jacksonville. Police said Chance and Andrews had been spying on the rapper while he was partying with friends in Tampa.
