Fevio Foreign landed in prison after pointing a woman at New Year’s Day in Edgewater, New Jersey.
The Brooklyn-born hip-hop artist has been in New Jersey detention since January 18, TMZ reported. Fivio faces several serious charges, including serious attacks, possession of illegal weapons and terrorist threats.
The incident was reportedly happened when the woman approached Fivio for help to start the stalled vehicle. The rapper allegedly did not reach out and threatened her with a gun, reportedly: “If I see you again in front of this building, there will be problems.”
Witnesses who knew the rapper immediately called 911.
Fivio’s lawyers maintained the innocence of the rapper, believing that the authorities did not find guns in the property of their clients.
Attorneys described the prosecutor’s case as weak, suggesting that this may not be stuck in court and believe that Fivio Ferough will appear in the next few months.
For “Big Drops” rappers, legal trouble is not a new area. In October 2020, he was arrested in New Jersey on a simple assault charge.
A few months later, in April 2021, Fivio faces allegations of weapons possession, resistance to arrest and defamation of firearms.
Even though he is still in jail, Fivio Fourtorn is continuing to release new music, which doesn’t seem to bother his current legal dilemma. He was arrested for just two days, on January 20, 2025, and he put down a single man named “Plaqueboymax”.
A month later, on February 20, 2025, he followed another track, “Go Out”.
Favio is still in custody abroad and is awaiting further legal action.
